I have been asking for Platinum Home Services for a while since their name came up when scheduling my yearly heat maintenance through my gas company. The workers have always been very professional and pleasant to deal with, eager to answer my questions or offer relevant advice. This time I needed a plumbing issue addressed in addition to my check-up. That warranted 2 workers who happened to show up at the same time but both of my issues were taken care of quite well. However, I never realized they were coming some distance to take care of me in Hyde Park in Boston but he said they go wherever they are needed and scheduled.
He fixed my water heater in a matter of minutes and surprisingly He explained to me what the problems is and how to handle it the next time it stopped working. Thank you so much.
