Excellent customer service and work! Our furnace quit on a Friday and they came out that same day, performed all the diagnostics on our 14-year-old unit and gave us the inevitable bad news. But they left us with 5 space heaters (that worked perfectly!) and installed the new furnace on Monday morning. Worked all day without a break. Left the basement in sparkling condition and explained everything in easy-to-understand layman's terms. Answered all our questions and gave us some great advice, re: the operation of our HVAC system. Will DEFINITELY use them when our AC meets the same fate!
