Very pleased with Isaksen Solar. They did troubleshooting to address our problem, did all contacts with the manufacturer for replacement under warranty, installed replaced panels, removed defective panels. Isaksen Solar is by far heads and shoulders above others! Scoping, bidding, permitting, install and maintenance customer service is excellent. Do not go with marginal providers.

First off I'm going to say that their customer service has been phenomenal. My panels stopped working in 2022, I have been calling multiple companies to help me out as the original company went bankrupt years ago. I talked to Isaksen through a friend who had their system installed. They were able to get my inverter up and running again, gave me access to my panels online and have been phenomenal about communicating everything to me. My neighbors have been asking who to go to for their solar needs and I will be referring them to Isaksen.
