Even though Fall River Vision have new staff (Dr Posner part time now), they still have excellent service. I got to see Dr. Harold and she was so helpful. She took the time to help with what size frames fit my face and what I will need for the many things I do. I have recently needed full time glasses this past year and had to go somewhere else while Fall River Vision was working out their post fire plans. That place didn't help me with anything. I had no idea what I was doing and absolutely hate both glasses I ended up with. With the full-time pair, I keep whacking my face on things. It was a great and very helpful visit! She is the nicest doctor ever and was so kind and patient. My adult son who is very disabled , unable to stand or walk, needed his eyes examined. She was very patient when she got here because it takes him a while to be helped and transferred out of his bed and into his wheelchair, so she could dilate his eyes for the exam. She made him comfortable and answered all questions. It was a medical eye exam as well as one for new prescription glasses. I would highly recommend her ! This is a great service with great doctor

I recently had a home care vision appointment with Dr. Herald, and it was a wonderful experience. She arrived at the scheduled time with all the equipment needed to conduct a thorough vision screening and examination of my eye health. She explained everything she was doing and did a great job answering all of my questions. We had been looking for such a service for the last couple of years, and were completely satisfied with the results.
