The people there are awesome. My issue is the price and the fact that it seems to take a few tries before they get the treatment right, even for the simplest things. Then again it could just be the breed of dog I own. I would still recommend.
It's a very good place to go to for your Lovely companion. Animals need lots of love and lots of care. They treat you well at all times The animal.
S care for you as much as you care for them. Take them to a place that will take care of them. Like they should be. The people are human just like everybody else that have hard times in life. The work is here also are human and have bad times at times I'll stay with my 3 stars. Because I have not been a patient day for a long time. I would like to go back if there is any free space or a time. Just knowing I can look out for somebody. That's just down the street. That could help one of my animals survive if ever needed.

I know exactly whom you are speaking about and know very well that she is very kind and professional and that your comment states untruths on what truly happened.
I can understand your frustration toward what happened however it is out of the receptionists control if things need to be changed during procedures.
Just want to let others know not to go with your review without knowing all the facts.
The staff is wonderful and very patient even when dealing with difficult and challenging clients such as yourself.
