We had new flooring put in a few months ago. Originally, they brought the new flooring up to the baseboards leaving a quarter inch gap between the floor and the baseboards. They then covered the gap with a white trim against the brown baseboards. I had to have them remove it and take the baseboards out and bring the floor to the wall and reinstall the baseboards because it was crappy work and wicked ugly. Then came the stairs. Omg. So when the stairs were redone it was a complete joke. These people are supposed to be professionals right? So I wasn’t surprised when that very same night the stairs came undone.
