Bob REALLY knows his stuff. I figured I had a fried circuit board in my dishwasher. I didn't. Bob fixed the problem. Then he put the machine back in, turned it on, and announced it didn't sound right. Sounded fine to me. He pulled it back out, found another problem, and fixed that. Really, really, really knows his business. Showed up on time. Charged less than I expected. My dog liked him. I'm a customer for life.
I've used Bob several times and so have many friends I've referred him to and I haven't heard a single complaint. Bob knows what he is doing, is very efficient, kind and courteous, won't screw you over by repairing something that isn't worth repairing, doesn't overcharge, very knowledgeable, and an overall nice guy. I'd call Bob every time if you want the job done right
