After going here for a few years without problem, I looked forward to my biyearly appointment! Unfortunately, this time around, it was a very unpleasant experience. I was going to tolerate, and for the most part ignore the lack of professionalism and confidentiality as well, however, after being verbally attacked regarding my illness and being told to 'Yelp my blessed fibromyalgia heart away, sweetheart..' amongst other extremely degrading and nonfactual statements regarding my life and health.. Had an appointment with Stacy yesterday and it was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. I was greeted very well and I was offered water. Stacey took a lot of time my hair and made sure she took off any small stains on my face that might of been left over. I left looking bouncy and feeling pretty. When I got home my husband actually said I looked younger and took me on a date! This is my new go to place and I look forward to next time.
