With reasonable prices and fantastic alterations, this place is a go-to for wedding gowns and even last-minute reception dresses. The staff ensures a perfect fit and a beautiful outcome, leaving customers highly satisfied and eager to return.
Where do I begin! My dress needed multiple alterations. They could not have been more accommodating to me. When I went to pick up my dress the Saturday before my wedding it was too big (as I ended up losing more weight since the last fitting) without any hesitation the owner said don’t worry we’ll fix this. She came in early that Tuesday morning as my wedding was a destination wedding and that was the day I was leaving so that my dress would be perfect. They did an amazing job and my dress fit me perfectly. I will miss going there for my dress fittings as I got to them. They are so friendly and nice as well as incredibly talented. 10/10 recommend!
They do such amazing work. The environment is clean and spacious. Your greeted with such genuine kindness that they make you feel so comfortable and like family.
Not only is Genny one of the most talented, professional seamstresses in the industry, she also has the most generous and kindest heart. I've been going to Genny for years for bridesmaid dresses but alas, it was my turn for my wedding dress. I no longer live close to the area so initially thought I would try somewhere local to me. The dress was not fitting correctly at first and I received a quote of over $900 for alterations in my area!! When I later went to Genny in a panic, she assured me that she would be able to do it for less than $300 AND it didn't require that level of work after all! She also customized the back, in addition to making me a custom veil, which she later gifted to me! I mean, where does one find customer service like this- only at Genny's! She truly prides herself in her work, takes her time with you, and will not stop to ensure that your dress is beyond perfect before leaving her door. Genny, thank you for EVERYTHING and for making me feel so special in my gown, both in store and on my wedding day!!! I wish you all the best for a successful 2020! ❤️❤️
