I went to Advanced Eye Centers in the Fall River location. I saw Dr. Winslow. He was fantastic. Judi in the optical department assisted in helping me select new frames. She was so nice and professional! I loved the frames she suggested! My daughter saw Dr. McQuay. She was great with her. Keith assisted with frames in the optical department. He was excellent as well! I highly recommend this office. Great experience overall!

In the interests of full disclosure, I've had the pleasure of knowing Dr. Paul Botelho personally, so when it came time for cataract surgery last year, he was the natural choice. Lest you think it's only due to personal relationship, Paul is also an instructor at Brown. Who better to perform eye surgery? That said, the overall experience was very positive, from scheduling to the exam process, then surgery, then billing question follow up. The actual surgery is done in batches, almost assembly-line styler. That may sound negative, but the staff was very attentive to all patients' personal needs and kept the process extremely organized so my mind was at ease... read full review

Altho had a few bumps in the road the staff was very efficient at working together as there are many working parts to an eye appointment. Got back on track in a jiffy and then it was smooth sailing.
