Paul is such a fine person and wildly talented. He is a master of collaboration - he works with you closely to determine what you like and what you don't like. He gives you lots of choices and is never daunted if you ask him to show you more ideas. If you are unsure, Paul makes great decisions. He is incredibly responsive - I have e-mailed him at crazy times of the day/night and he gets back to me immediately. Paul is one of those people that you know is totally engaged in his work.
