4 1/2 stars I was fortunate to get an appointment within two weeks of calling to neuter our rabbit. The only issue was receiving different instructions for arrival and what food to bring, partly because I did not speak with the same scheduler. But, I was able to clarify one day prior. The check-in service and communication were good. I also appreciated the hospital considering my travel distance and getting the procedure underway without delay. After surgery: The Vet surgeon was thorough with feedback and recommendations (check-up details, aftercare, diet, and dental). I have had cats for fifty years and have taken them to veterinarians in four different cities. Dr. Dagenais is the most capable, caring doctor I have ever met. I wish he were licensed to take care of people!

It is difficult have an ailing pet during this time as covid lingers. It is very hard getting appointments for a pet that is not a patient or local to the area.Although they were not taking on new patients this center was kind and supportive on the phone. They were there for us to euthanize or cat where others would not.
