He is incredibly responsive - I have e-mailed him at crazy times of the day/night and he gets back to me immediately. Paul is one of those people that you know is totally engaged in his work. He truly likes helping people and maybe best of all, he is warm, sincere, and funny. Just a superb human being. We love what he has done to our home and sometimes we pinch ourselves that we live where we do. We never could have done it ourselves.”
