I was approached as I was loading the washer at 5:59PM. This was without a doubt kindly but yet rudely implied that last wash was at 6 when I was in the facility and loading my clothes at 6. Like I’ve done hundreds of times. I get it that the workers are forced to get the place cleaned before closing. Swept, mopped etc. Don’t have your “new” employees try to remove a loyal customer of nearly 2 decades. Please explain the last wash rule. In all of my years I have never been approached at or asked to not wash while loading at six. Except this one attendant that clearly did not understand what last wash meant. Also, would like to give a special shoot out to all the hard working women who have allowed a late last wash knowing the size and amount would be done in a sufficient time. Love you girls. Five stars for all others except the one who tried to make a mockery out of me.

I come here to wash my comforter and use the maxi washer. Today's visit was an issue. I didn't hear any water being added and it started the wash cycle. (8 min into my cycle) I asked an associate for help. She came over and said it's because I had 2 temps selected??? I chose hot and didn't see two temps selected. Not even sure how that can happen. Regardless it started to work then stopped adding water. I asked for help again but they acted like they couldn't do anything. It finally finished adding water 10 min into my cycle. As I type this it already went into rinse cycle, so no I didn't get a full wash from the machine. Very disappointed.

The only complaint I have is with the prices of the machines continually going up each month. It's ridiculous at this point. Greedy!
