I had a horrible fire in my last apartment building and lost almost everything I owned! Some of my clothing was in a dresser but it was still considerably damaged from soot and smoke. Everything was black and smelled burnt. It seemed ruined for me. I had lots of high end designer clothing because that is my thing. Having lost everything, maybe I could save some clothes? When I brought my clothing in the staff was very friendly and helpful. They carried my stuff from my car and were very polite. They made the process smooth, easy, comfortable, and pleasant. These guys are professionals. In a time of crisis they really came through for me. They inventory each and every item, clean it with special procedure and always keep in touch with you. I didn't have insurance and they still worked with me and even gave me a cash discount! The best in the business is right here. Amazing and knowledgeable staff.
