Oom Yung Doe is a fantastic movement practice and training regimen for both body and mind. I really appreciate the deep knowledge of the instructor team and the quality of the school.
Truly an awesome place to practice discipline and self mastery. The instructors are so awesome and know what they are talking about. They know exactly how to gauge where you are and push you just the right amount for you to grow and work toward your growth. Very grateful.
For anyone out there who is looking for schools that are really passionate about teaching martial arts Oom Yung Doe is the place to go. Not only are the instructors passionate about teaching martial arts they really care about your well being and don’t just focus on teaching martial arts. I highly recommend OOM YUNG DOE because of personal experience. I’ve been suffering with plantar fasciitis and in my worst days when I can barely walk the instructors found the way to help me.They modified the training so that I could doing my training.
