I 100% trust Vivian and her team. I probably trust her more than I trust myself to run my house. She is part of the family, and what she does is more than cleaning - her services minister to our entire family. Our favorite day of the week is when they come over. Can't say enough good things about OCS - Found them through several word of mouth recommendations (all 5 star). Communicating with them was great, very easy to work with and very accommodating. Have done a great job cleaning our condo in Marblehead. We didn't need a regular schedule and call when we need cleaning. Always receive a callback within hours, they also use texting which makes it very easy to communicate. Vivian is the best! They service towns all around the area and have always been extremely punctual, always text if they are running even a little late (which is rare).
