The gals at the blood work lab were a delight! I notoriously faint while getting my blood drawn and they were so nice and gave me an icepack/water just in case. We were just chatting and it was done before I knew it! Also, shout out to Dr. Bijoor for actually listening after years of providers belittling my concerns :)

Dr. Michael Theodoulou, was by far one of the most amazing podiatrists I have come across living with type 1 diabetes, he made me feel comfortable bringing my fiancee with me, whom he did surgery on. He knew his stuff, no long waiting time, very professional, my anxiety melted away upon meeting him.
If you are a type 1, he is your man.

I’ve gone here literally my whole life from my most recent physical all the way to when I was only a couple months old and I’ve never had a problem with the staff (nurses and doctors) but to schedule a simple appointment related to an infection I had to call three times and wait on hold for over 40 minutes in currently still on hold as we speak at 9:50 the first time I called was 8:44 luckily I’m not dealing with a serious illness otherwise this would be a complete disaster. not to mention when I was misdiagnosed 4 times in a row leading to me needing to get surgery for something that could have been solved on the first visit
