I have received 6 massages now at The Massage Shoppe. Once you find a massage therapist that works with your body, mind and spirit, stick with them. Mila is that provider for me. She is thoughtful, considerate, sensitive and fully present in bringing her technical skills to the sessions. A true gem! :-)

Great session, was recommended by a friend and did not disappoint, been driving by for years and the building kind of put me off, the interior is nice. Big shout out to John, he applies great force when needed, but was reactive to things i mentioned and really spent the time to figure out the best way forward. I already scheduled my next appt.

Terrific & convenient massage therapy place, clean and quiet. I have only had Swedish style 60 and 90 min appointments, but they have all been excellent (and the CBD oil add-on is worth it). John Norieka is one of the best massage therapists I’ve had here or in NYC, and I’ve been getting massage therapy treatment at least four times a year since 1996.
