Tina and Chaz were great! Not only were they thorough and attentive to my particular needs, but Tina went above and beyond for me. When I came in to complete the return, I told her I just got a job as a seasonal tax preparer, and she informed me that I could likely do my returns for free where I worked. I had no idea, and she was happy to have me do that to save money even though she had already done the work on my return. That was super kind, and I would say represents the kind of positive business she's running.
