“I just had a tattoo appointment with Vic and 10/10 would recommend! I was not the easiest client to work with in the sense of I wanted a “mystery” tattoo where I had a general theme but left everything else up to him. He was amazing from start to finish. He came up with an amazing design, and blew my expectations out of the water. This is the second tattoo I’ve had from oxbow and I’m 100% impressed.
