While this was one of the worst times in our lives, Mike, the funeral director, made time to connect individually with our family. He is a most compassionate man. He made the process and paperwork for my brother-in-law's death as smooth and stress-free as possible. He did exactly what we needed without inflating costs and went beyond expectations to give my sister and her mother-in-law one last time to privately say goodbye. His advice about the state procedures was invaluable. We have no qualms about giving O'Brien's Funeral Home and Mike 5 stars. (I'd give him 10 if we could)

Sad to hear that the other patron had such a rough time. Mike O'Brien, the funeral director, went above and beyond to help my sister when she lost her husband. He worked things out under a dead line even helping my sister and her mother-in-law to say a final goodbye before every official/doctor took off for Labor Day weekend. If he hadn't worked so hard, this painful process would have dragged out another week. Thanks Mike.
