We had a full time 'tech support' staff member for years, but they were never fully experienced, and we often had to get outside help. We replaced that full time person with what is essentially part-time help from Hogan, but they are always on call and respond immediately, and provide reliable professional help. They work until the problem is solved. And we feel that our ecommerce and systems are safe and secure from all those bad actors out there!
