I called last week around 11:30–12:00 seeking advice because my cat was having ongoing vomiting issues, and I was extremely worried. The woman who answered was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to listen and genuinely cared about helping me figure out the best next steps.
She recommended that I take my cat to an animal clinic in Northampton to be evaluated, and I am so thankful that I followed her advice. Because of her guidance, my cat is now receiving care and showing amazing results.

I have been with Easthampton Animal Hospital the whole time I've had my dog and I am always just so grateful for how patient, informative, and kind all of the staff are here. My dog needs a lot of extra care to be sure he and the vet/techs are safe, and every time I am met with so much compassion and patience with my scared baby. What an incredible group of people who really care about the individual needs of each animal!
We had an urgent issue and was worked in very quickly. I had to stop working because we lived out of state and had to help my Dad with hospice and my Mom after his death a couple months ago and they worked with me to cut the cost while still caring for our dog Felix. Thank you so very much!
