“I would highly recommend Berkshire Driving School. Mariah is best in giving road test driving lessons. She prepares students or any first-time drivers very well. Covers all the steps and practices included in the actual road test. I passed my driving test with her proper guidance and teaching turns where I needed the most practice. She provides classes for Amherst, Hadley, Northampton, Easthampton, and all the neighboring places. Best place to have driving lessons and book for your road test.“

“Jeremy and Matt, (the 2 instructors) were hands down the chillest, most knowledgeable, and patient instructors you could ask for. The class is something I didn't think I needed. Been riding 6 years with a permit (due to covid and it expiring twice) there's so much more to learn and master even if your a confident strong rider. You'll walk away from this class with a few new tricks and stronger fundamentals. Highly recommend for new and intermediate riders! Such a fun and safe environment.“

“Damien Conrad was the most amazing instructor to work with, he made every drive/ observation relaxed, safe, and fun. I would 11/10 recommend scheduling all your lessons with him. He is so knowledgeable with all of the maneuvers and supportive, he always makes sure to give positive feedback and use your mistakes as a low stress learning opportunities. Every lesson with Damien I looked forward to. He is so personable and easy going, you can tell he cares deeply about all his students and their success not only in driving but in life, this builds a stronger relationship which really strengthens the trust between student and teacher. Damien is a great guy and I will miss our lessons full of laughter together.“

“It took me far too long to write this review and I feel bad about that! I started lessons in December of last year and passed my road exam just a few weeks ago. My lessons were scattered because I wanted to stick with the same instructors and I’m so glad I did. I have had anxiety about driving for over 10 years, due to a bad experience behind the wheel (not an accident). I didn’t think I would ever drive again but the time had come where it was a necessity and I couldn’t avoid it anymore, especially living here. My instructors, Joe B & Jack, were so incredibly kind, patient, understanding and supportive. They gave me confidence I didn’t know I had or could ever have. Even when I stumbled because of another instructor, a different Joe, who set me back many paces mentally and hurt my confidence; they got me back up to where I needed to be. They could see my progress and how hard I was trying and I am SO incredibly grateful for their support. I seriously could not have done this without Joe B & Jack. I don’t know if they’ll ever see this, but THANK YOU. I cannot recommend Falls and those particular instructors enough. I also have to mention the office staff was incredibly kind as well, especially when I asked to not be assigned lessons with the other Joe again. That type of care and consideration did not go unnoticed or without appreciation. Thank you, Falls, for helping me overcome my driving anxiety, helping me to a newfound freedom and for giving me the confidence that I could finally be a licensed driver at nearly 40 years old.“

“Mr. Oquendo is a great instructor and knows how far to go with you while establishing that trust. He was patient yet firm in giving me the boost of confidence I needed. He took time to create teachable moments every time we met for classes. He was thorough and explained the 'whys' behind every turn, etc. If you don't have common sense then he obviously needs to take a different approach so that the driver does not get them both into an accident. I am disheartened by the amount of poor reviews because I had an AMAZING experience and would hope that more people give him a try.“
