Always great. I have never had a problem here - I always walk in with bedding and the availability of machines is never an issue, staff is nice and helpful if needed and if not needed they let you do your thing.
Nice people but with things like fluctuating hours and closing too early for example, last wash is now at 4:30
Other than that the place is extremely clean and friendly however.
