William was super friendly, but professional in his approach. He was extremely communicative, provided a reasonable quote compared to all other contractors that were highly overpriced and tried to oversell the work to be done. He repaired a leaking skylight with a temporary fix to ensure we got through the weekend, then returned to fixed it properly a few days later, along with fixing rotted window wood that had resulted in a second leak elsewhere in the house. Professional, skilled, good experience, and great communication.
