“Wow, what a gem. I'm in town from CA and was looking at a not so stylish shaggy head of hair. My nephews recommended I go see Bob. Sooo glad that i did. Bob is such an easy guy to talk to, gave me one of the most thorough haircuts I've ever had and regularly asked for feedback and if that's what I was looking for. Bob has old school skills, charm and provides the kind of customer service that unfortunately seems to have disappeared in most businesses today. I may have to hold off on my next haircut till I'm back in Boston! Highly recommended.”
