TJ and his crew are absolutely amazing. They did a stellar job that left me beyond pleased with my new roof & gutter system.
Not knowing even the basics of roofing, I was so grateful for the professionalism & patience TJ showed me. With his clear communication skills, he was able to walk me through the whole process, explaining exactly what was going to be done to my house and the reasoning behind it. These guys stripped and put up vinyl siding and fixed a leak in my rubber roof . I could not be happier with the job they did . They showed up when they said they would, finished in a timely fashion and cleaned up awesomely. I highly recommend Livingstone renovations !!

TJ and his crew did an outstanding job on my roof. They were professional, knowledgeable, and always open to my requests throughout the process. Communication and follow-through were excellent from start to finish. I’ve since used TJ for a few smaller non-roofing projects, and he’s always been upfront, honest, and reliable. I’ve referred several friends and neighbors to him, and everyone’s been just as happy. TJ is not only a great contractor—he’s a genuinely great guy. He even became good friends with one of my neighbors during the project! Highly recommended.
