Was without an electric stove for a week. New one delivered but the connection had a problem. I called Rick on a Monday and he was here on Tuesday to help!! The stove was missing a connector that he installed and found that a circuit breaker was the actual problem. Problem breaker fixed. He made sure the stove was getting the correct voltage and everything worked before he left. So thankful for the quick attention to my problem. You never know how much you miss an appliance until it doesn't work!! Thanks again Rick Thyne for your help!!

Excellent work, great communication. they replaced all of our switches and outlets and did a major overhaul of our light fixtures in the basement. very happy with the results. Left everything immaculate. Highly recommend!
