My house is huge and a multifamily. See the google image below. The two screenshots after that are the BEFORE pix. Got 3 quotes and went with the middle one because it’s all about communication when you have a question and the response you get providing clarity. Brett from Mannys Roofing exceeded expectations, there were no surprises, no “manspaining”, and he checked in before I thought to on a couple occasions.

Brett came out and did an estimate, he was the third contractor we had out to our home. Brett was different, more thorough, less pressure, very knowledgeable and friendly. They installed our roof in a day, the crew was polite and professional. They cleaned up very well, and Brett even insisted he do a final magnetic rake around the entire house, just to triple check they got as many nails up as humanly possible. We highly recommended giving Manny’s a try for all your roofing needs.
