I make all the appointments via phone and show up to every job to clean the carpets and rugs so there are no surprises as to who's coming to your home. My wife (Nancy Gaudet-Martin) and I take great pride in customer satisfaction. I'm on my 9th truck in 53 years which cost around 90k with all the best equipment and upgrades that money can buy. My truck is set up to only clean carpets, area rugs, and floor mats.
