We had a great experience with Advanced Mold Detection Services. Vance, the owner, came out to inspect our home for mold and was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, had a great demeanor, and provided a thorough analysis of our situation. What stood out most was his honesty — he told us that no remediation or additional work was needed, which we really appreciated. It’s refreshing to work with someone who’s straightforward and trustworthy. Highly recommend Vance and his team for anyone needing an honest and expert mold inspection!
The inspection and quote from this company is more extensive and detailed than 2-3 other company’s I quoted from. They provide day to day breakdowns of actionable items and provide a general breakdown costs by the day (ie day 1 mold removal $X.XX, day 2 protective sealer $X.XX, $X amount for dumpster or other services). Their quote includes an analysis on why there’s mold and what best options you can do after the removal to prevent future mold. They are flexible on savings, you can do some of the work to get savings like removing insulation, renting your own dumpster, or maybe something else. Love this company.
Storm came out and did an initial evaluation of our utility room. Our house is on a slab and the developer inexplicably ran pegboard around half the room all the way down to floor level. The floor level portions got moldy over time...also evidence of mouse infestation.
Brian came out and removed the first six inches from the bottom up of the pegboard wall. He disposed of the moldy pegboard and cleaned a lot of mouse misery from the exposed wall studs.
The moldy smell is gone. Thank you Brian and Storm for your efforts!
