After finding a patch of potential mold in my basement, I reached out to Advanced Mold and they have been fantastic. Storm came out to quote the job within a few days of calling and very thoroughly inspected not only my area of interest, but also the entire basement, including the ceiling. The suspect area was identified as a specific species of mold, and Storm walked me through a detailed explanation of the scope of the work and the process of running special filters and the products they use to treat the studs and floor after the affected drywall is removed. From the initial estimate, it was clear they really know what they’re doing. Vance treated my home as if it were his own, taking the time to thoroughly assess not just the mold itself, but also the root cause and how to prevent it from happening again after remediation.
