I have recently had 2 visits with Dr Elena Smagina she is by far the most thorough Doctor I have ever been to! She is so detailed oriented knowledgable kind understanding patient and extremely intelligent I can’t encourage anyone enough who is looking for a new Doctor or just want to make a change to make an appointment ASAP before she fills up because trust me once word gets out she will be completely full up with patients. We who live here in Douglas and surrounding towns just hit the jackpot in obtaining this wonderful Doctor!
