Jon was able to schedule with us on short notice, he was prompt, extremely friendly, trustworthy & even gave us a very informative lesson on a French door that we have, as well as lubricated it for us! Once he left, we accidentally locked ourselves out of one of our spare bedrooms— I called Jon and he was able to tell us exactly how to unlock it & if we were unsuccessful, he was willing to come right back to help us.
