I can't speak on behalf of Deborah's chiropractic expertise, but, I can speak on behalf of her as a landlord. I rented from Deborah twice and both times she evaded my privacy. I know this because I had cameras set up so I saw how she came into the second floor apartment I rented from her without notice. The first time I rented from her, I knew she would be using the washer and dryer appliance so I wrote off her coming in without notice as just that. However, she would come in when my wife and I were having intimate moments and listen outside the door. Disturbing. I never wanted to embarrass her so I pretended not to know.
