Small rubber roof ~ 350 sq/ft sprung a leak in the middle of a winter storm. I called several roofers and this organization responded to my call quickly. Owner came out and did a walk around/assessment. Determined due to age of roof (15yrs) it was probably best to just replace it as it had been patched several times before. Owner gave me an estimate of costs, and a timeframe within which he could do the work (weather dependent) his crew showed up on the date and time that we agreed and in one day my wife and I had a new, leak-free roof. Very happy with the service and the open communication with the company. Finished photo attached.
There was some damage done to our roof during a recent storm and Kostas Roofing saved the day! With water leaking through the ceiling – and another storm in the forecast – we were in urgent need of a fix. Kostas came out the day we called them, gave us a detailed proposal complete with photos, and had the roof all buttoned up within a couple days. Can't say enough good thinks about Kostas Roofing. They were very busy and supplies are hard to come by but they made sure they got the right stuff. Work was highest quality and also efficient. And, for the first time in 10Y, it is NOT raining in my living room while storming outside. I could not be happier!
