So I did keratin and she told me after 10 days to wash it and I washed it with specific conditioner and shampoo made for keratin and it went back to frizzy and ruined and my hair started falling out as the image shown below. Never going back again be careful this is not he first time that happened and I’m not going back again, they charged me 300 dollars and 375 for my daughter.
