We had a great experience with Andy! He was very responsive and worked very well with us throughout the entire process. The most positive feedback we can give is that we LOVE our new floors. Andy’s crew removed our old tile in our kitchen and refinished our existing hardwood to make matching flooring throughout our entire first floor! We couldn’t be happier with the final product. I'm a skeptical person by nature and don't always trust what some vendor tells me. I was searching for floor refinishers and had a wide range of responses and prices. I found someone I liked and wanted to hire, but they couldn't fit my timeframe. Then, I met Andy N. the owner of Diamond Flooring. Andy was responsive (many didn't respond or respond in a timely fashion), communicative and did what he said. If he said he would call me, he did. If he said he would meet me, he was there. When I had a potential problem with my closing date, he said he would work with me to juggle his schedule. Though his price was on the lower end of the range (really!), the job he and his team did was "amazing" (that's the word that both the realtor and former owner used to describe the end result). I had one tiny issue related to a stair tread and Andy personally returned to address it to my satisfaction. It's very clear that it's Andy's goal to have satisfied customers and I am one. I'm very happy with my refinished floors and Diamond Flooring. If you have floor refinishing to do, you will find Andy and Diamond Flooring to be a great vendor and one I wholeheartedly recommend (that doesn't happy very often). IRA K.
