Stephany is a great stylist. She listens to her clients and helps them create cuts they will love. I also get highlights, but not this time, and they always come out amazing. The salon is always tidy and clean and all the staff are professional and very friendly. I am so glad I found New Image and Stephany four years ago when I moved to the Cape permanently. I recommend an appt but have seen them accommodate walk ins if they have someone available.
This salon is amazing! I got my hair done and wanted to cover my previous color darker and also add a blonde money piece. I was not happy with the results of the hair and I’m normally the person to not complain or reach out when I’m unsatisfied in situations liked this. But it was expensive and disappointing. When I reached out to Susanna the owner she was very understanding and had me come back in to get it fixed for free. She didn’t charge me at all and also gave me a free haircut. I was beyond happy with the results.she gave me exactly what I asked for and even went above. Highly recommend coming here

Monica, who colored and cut my hair, did an absolutely beautiful job from start to finish, paying attention to my hair type and how to keep it healthy. I am truly impressed by her skill, and I LOVE my new look.
