Recently had Ken check out an older home we are still in the process of purchasing. While we knew what we may be getting into he was nothing short of informative, realistic, and effiecient at explaining everything in detail with plenty of history and life experience to go with it all. We are much more confident moving forward knowing what we know now and have some explanations we weren't expecting for things we were questioning and didn't know to question in the first place! The whole process was exactly what was needed and will be recommending to anyone I know who may be looking as well. Thanks again Ken!

Ken is an expert home inspector! He walked us through everything he saw in our 150 year old farmhouse down to saw blade marks in the basement that could help date the house. He also ranked for us what repairs were needed for safety and this helped us negotiate during the purchase. Both my husband and I enjoyed his personality and presentation of the information. Since the inspection we also have reached out for referrals and he was super helpful, getting back with us quickly. We also had our well tested and radon reports done. Very happy with our experience!

Ken from Ahearn do my home inspection. He likely spent over two hours explaining all the different systems of the house in detail. He was extremely thorough and wonderful to work with. His background in carpentry made him a great resource for asking questions about future projects... Overall, super impressed with how knowledgeable he is and would hire him again for any future home inspections.
