“I have been coming since November. I come before work. I arrive about 2am. The staff is great. I have seen a few others using equipment that allowed me to learn how to use them. I end each visit with either HydroMassage or the standard massage chair.I haven't been in the locker room or downstairs free weights. Someday,I will venture around.I find it a relaxing, no pressure experience.“

“I’ve personally known Liz for over 20 years—long before she even had her own salon—and it’s incredible to see how much she has grown. She was already amazing back then, and somehow she’s even better now, which honestly seems impossible.

Over the years, I’ve seen her for waxing pretty much my entire body, and more recently I’ve transitioned to laser treatments—especially for ingrown hairs on my legs. The results have been truly life-changing. I used to struggle with constant ingrown hairs, cysts, and severe “strawberry legs,” and she has completely transformed my skin.

I’ve also started doing laser facials with her, and the improvement in my skin has been unbelievable. The texture and pores—especially around my nose, which I was told by dermatologists couldn’t be improved—have noticeably changed. I genuinely didn’t think that was possible, but Liz made it happen.

She’s not only incredibly skilled, but also supportive, honest, and truly cares about her clients. Her salon is always spotless, her prices are fair, and she’s just an all-around great person.

Not only was she super sweet and kind she was also so very knowledgeable about the clear tan I was getting. She asked if there was a specific reason for the tan and I mentioned it was my 50th bday party this weekend and she was so attentive and asked my about the party like we were old friends just chatting it up!! She told me all about this specific tan and I felt super confident not only about receiving the tan but also all the details about the desired time before showering to get the best results of the color I was looking for. “I love visiting a New You Spa. I go every two weeks for the best massage. The staff is welcoming and kind and the space is clean. There is a lovely atmosphere and many services including facials, manicures, pedicures, and more. Parking is always easy and complimentary. I highly recommend a visit -- or several!“

“Im heading to Florida at the end of the month and wanted to get a base tan.
I purchased the 10 tan package for $140 at level 3. You can choose to do bed or stand-up at each visit. At level 3 they max out the stand up an 7 mins and say it's stronger than the bed. I prefer to lay down and relax though.
Super clean facility and welcoming staff.
I've been going in the evenings around 6 and on Sunday mornings. If you're flexible about your preference (bed vs standup) there hasn't been any wait during those times. I've been in and out with no issue!“
