If you are looking for old fashioned customer service go here. I have had trees removed from my property before and now I see I was overcharged and they added more stress than necessary. I had a company take down one tree in the backyard with lots of land to have it fall, they didn't need bucket trucks, they left the cut up wood for 6 months with many calls to come pick it up. Royer was absolutely on point. They did everything that was planned in a matter of days and didn't ask for money until the job was completed.
Amazing!! Royer helped us recently remove SIX tall trees at the back side of our property, which sits on a tricky wooded hillside on a bumpy private way. We had been worrying about the trees for months - not just the trees themselves but the tree removal too. We finally made the call and we're really glad we did.
The folks at Royer were very helpful throughout the whole process, starting with the assessment and advice on which trees to take down, to scheduling the appointment, all the way through to the big day.
