We have worked with Dermot for over 20 years. Our latest and biggest project was a new kitchen. Dermot and his team patiently worked with us through two designs (we chose the second one), all the permits, electricians, plumbers, and inspectors. From the demolition to the finished product, it has been a real pleasure to work with Royal Contracting. We highly recommend Dermot and his team for all projects big and small.
Royal Contracting did a beautiful and meticulous job repairing and painting the exterior of our house. Dermot and his team attended to many details I was not expecting including water damage and gutter repair and still finished the project in the time expected. Dermot selected new doors and new storm/screen doors which are a perfect match for the house. They repaired many window screens and frames. A few years ago Royal Contracting renovated an existing deck for us too and did a wonderful job. Dermot has a designer's eye and was able to make into reality the vision I had for the deck. We enjoy the house so much more now! Thanks Royal Contracting!
