My water heater leg go on a weekend, naturally. I called Roscias, explaining my delima. In less than 24 hours Roscias came with a new water heater. installed it and hauled away the old one. We were fortunate to have a warranty and it was honored. Everything was done with perfection, courtesy. Every question was answered easily. Everyone at Roscias treated us respectfully. we are customers for life. Highly recommend. Roscias.

The nicest, most professional plumbers around. I've used them for numerous jobs including an emergency hot water heater replacement on a holiday weekend. They did a fantastic job and I'd highly recommend for all plumbing needs. A pleasure to deal with too.

An emergency water heater was needed for my 2nd floor townhouse, I work 2 jobs and logistics for getting Roscia's great professionals into my home was quick and easy!!! 1. On time 2. Fair price and quality hot water tank (not one of those big box store hot water heaters that has all plastic parts that would need replacing in 2 to 5 years). 3. Professional installation!!! 4. They cleaned up so incredibly well after their work and locked the door tight when they left! 5. I just had the warmest and longest shower in many, many months, I should have done this sooner, thanks to Roscia Plumbing
