About Massage Envy
Massage Envy offers massage, skin care, and total body stretch services that promote wellness and a healthy lifestyle. Customers report high satisfaction with their visits, highlighting the friendly and patient staff. Many reviews praise specific therapists for their exceptional skills, noting that they listen to clients’ needs and provide personalized care without causing soreness afterward. One therapist, Gladys, is recognized for her ability to alleviate chronic pain and effectively address problem areas. Regular members appreciate the quality of the services and often recommend their favorite therapists, although booking appointments can be challenging due to their popularity. While some customers mention that the background music can be distracting, they still regard Massage Envy as a top choice for self-care and effective, relaxing treatments. A membership is also recommended for better pricing. Overall, Massage Envy remains a favored destination for those seeking to enhance their well-being.
I just had a 90 minute full body massage by Marisol. She is fabulous!!!
Overall had a really positive experience. The front desk staff was nice. Anthony did a great job getting the deep knots out of my shoulder and back. He made me feel very comfortable. We did chat throughout the massage, but I was also leading conversation as I wasn’t looking to relax, but more so for the stiffness in my back/ shoulders to be taken care of. He was able to apply consistent deep pressure throughout the entire experience which is exactly what I was looking for! If you’re looking to actually have those aches and stiffness worked though, Anthony is your guy!!
Yesterday I've visited this location and I was told at check out that I have to pay a transfer fee of $5. I was never informed of it when I came in. This policy is not posted anywhere on the site. Additionally, they still took the $5 out of my account. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and if necessary the Attorney General. So they can do further investigations about what this transfer fee really means. Especially after I have been a customer for over 10 years, and I was never informed of writing of a transfer fee.
