George and his Team from Imperial were fantastic to work with from the beginning. I had to do extensive and unanticipated work on my yard (regrading and adding drainage) due to flooding. George was very clear with his communication and with the options for the work & quotes. He answered all of my questions (and I always have a LOT of questions) and addressed any concerns quickly. The whole crew was professional, knowledgeable, and worked ridiculously hard!I actually switched to using Imperial for my routine lawn care based on my experience with them on this project. I will definitely use them again when I have larger jobs in the future.

Their work is done great, but price isn't fair! We met and price was set. However, turns out I had to stop work as I couldn't afford the extra $ 600, for collecting leaves. What was agreed, wasn't enough! Yikes!
