Woke up to NO hot water during the cold spell in January. I called Hellas plumbing and heating in Dedham. Within 24 hrs they came out and repaired. Amazing service. I highly recommend. Been a customer for the past 10 years. And will continue. Thank you !

John Bayiates of Hellas Plumbing is THE MOST stand up guy I’ve ever met! I ran into an issue with my washer dryer delivery (it was a delivery not installation and I needed a plumber or they wouldn’t deliver!) I called Johnny and he was here in 5min!!!
I’ve known him since high school and I cannot EXPRESS what a good man he TRULY IS!!

Johnny and his crew have come to our house several times for major and small jobs and I couldn’t be happier. He knew exactly what to do and was a far better price than other people we called. We have had zero plumbing issues since. The other day while we were away, our tub stopped draining and I texted Johnny and he came that night and fixed it. How can you possibly do better than that? (HINT: You can’t).UPDATE: I called Johnny this morning as our pipes were backed up and we couldn't use our bathroom safely. He told me he was busy but he'd get back to me in the afternoon. By 2PM he was here and by 3PM the issue was fixed. He cleaned up after himself completely... read full review
