My dog recently underwent TPLO surgery after a CCL tear and I am so grateful for the exceptional care he received at Boston Veterinary Specialists. From start to finish everyone we encountered was not only professional and knowledgeable, but incredibly kind and patient.
My boy is a high-energy german shepherd mix - full of personality, very chaotic at times, and prone to separation anxiety. I was nervous going into this, but the staff handled him with such grace and understanding. They treated him like he was their own and that level of care made all the difference.

I mean to do this review a long time ago. My dog Pretzel had a luxating patella on one of his legs, after an around of serious research I chose this office for his surgery. The doctor, nurses, assistants, receptionists were all so wonderful and helpful here. I was very stressed out before the surgery, I still remembered I was in tears that morning when I dropped Pretzel off, knowing that he will be in good hands, but emotionally worried. The receptionist was very caring to not only my dog, but also me. I made several calls throughout the day and early evening, checking in to see how Pretzel was doing since he had to stay for a night, everyone who spoke to me was very... read full review
